The Femme Flock is a community-driven jam band collective and podcast dedicated to celebrating the culture, creativity, and camaraderie of the scene while amplifying women and underrepresented voices. Founded by Niki and Jess—two polyjamorous fans who met at a Goose show—we bring a fresh, femme-forward perspective to a historically homogenous space.

Through our podcast, Flock Talk with the Femme Flock, and our growing collective, we highlight the musicians, entrepreneurs, creatives, and fans shaping the scene, covering everything from fashion and wellness to music and mental health. At our core, we believe in diversity, inclusion, representation, respect, fun, glitter, bubbles, dancing, and, of course, good vibes.
